  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    We strive for quality, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • Are returns free?

    You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s) Moderate Effort.

    Moderate Effort does not pay for shipping or handling costs on returns or exchanges unless the item(s) arrived damaged or there was an error on our behalf. 

    Moderate Effort is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.  

  • Can I return sale or clearance items?

    All sample sale, clearance and discounted styles are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for these items. No exceptions.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please note that we are unable to process order cancellations. To ensure your order is accurate, we recommend reviewing all items in your cart, payment and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    With standard shipping, you will receive your order within 3-8 business days from the shipment date. Processing can take 1-3 business days.
